🧠✨ Introduction to Psychology: Understanding Mind and Behavior 📚💡
This spring, join David Durand for an engaging psychology enrichment course designed for homeschool high school students! This course counts as a social studies elective and provides students with practical knowledge and tools to improve mental and physical health, build self-awareness, strengthen motivation, and enhance relationships.
Each student will also benefit from a mentorship component, including guided reflections, discussions, and real-life applications of the concepts learned, making psychology both meaningful and formative.
Led by David Durand, a clinical and sport psychologist with experience helping youth, athletes, and organizations develop psychological skills for life and performance, this course offers a developmentally rich and relevant elective opportunity for high school students.
