Vice President/Treasurer

Leadership Support: Assist the President in executing executive and organizational tasks while sharing leadership responsibilities as needed to maintain continuity and effective governance of SERVE Homeschool. Financial Oversight: Lead and supervise SERVE Homeschool's financial operations, encompassing budgeting, accounting practices, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Strategic Planning: Partner with the President and board leadership to create and implement financial and organizational strategies that align with the mission and long-term objectives of SERVEeschool. Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track organizational budgets, ensuring responsible resource stewardship and fiscal sustainability. Financial Reporting: clear, timely, and transparent financial reports to the board and relevant stakeholders to foster accountability and informed decision-making. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the President, board members, and committees to ensure financial and operational alignment with SERVE Homeschool’s goals and nonprofit responsibilities.

Responsibilities: - Optimize systems by ensuring that our sign-up forms, calendars, and emails function correctly to maintain order. - Facilitate idea execution by assisting leaders in breaking down big ideas into actionable steps for implementation. - Support volunteers by regularly checking in with them to address any needs or questions they may have regarding their roles. - Plan ahead by monitoring the upcoming schedule to ensure no important details are overlooked - Resolve issues by stepping in to address any problems, such as confused parents or disorganized event plans, to help restore clarity and order.

Special Needs Director

Educational Activities Director
