Global Wildlife Field Trip (Northshore)

Chaperones/parents are required to pre-purchase their tickets. Chaperones/parents that arrive the day of your field trip WITHOUT a ticket, will be turned away. Please let us know if you will have parents and we will send you a link to allow them to purchase their tickets before the tour.Your check-in time is 11:00 am The tour boards for 11:15, departs at 11:30, and returns for 12:45.School groups MUST arrive at their schedule Check-in time. Groups arriving after there scheduled check-in time are not guaranteed a tour. Global Wildlife Staff will try their best to accommodate your group. Please arrive in a timely manner.As of October 1st, 2023, Animal feed is now included in our New Educational Rates! Guests can anticipate to receive 2 or more cups of feed for each person on their reservations.However, if your chaperones would like to purchase additional feed those prices will be listed below.Additional Animal FEED OPTIONS Souvenir Cup (32 oz.)= $5.00 Bucket = $35.00 each Sack = $71.00 each Bin = $82.00 each (Extra feed can be purchased the day of tour . Prepare to arrive 15-20 minutes to do so)ATTENTION: All feed has a 9.7% tax added to each option added to your reservation. Additional Information Please arrive 10 minutes prior to start time. All tours are on a specific time schedule and cannot be held back. Important Check-In Information: - For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking and matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking or alternate payment will be required. For the best experience, we recommend purchasing feed to maximize interaction with the animals.Global Wildlife Center Rain Policy: - Tours go out rain or shine. Prepare to get wet if there is a light rain. For safety reasons, if there is lightning detected nearby or a heavy down pour that limits visibility, tours will be postponed until conditions improve or may be canceled at the on duty Manager’s discretion. If the tour is canceled by the Global Wildlife Center manager for safety reasons prior to departure, the tickets can be rescheduled or are eligible for a refund. Please arrive accordingly. - ATTENTION: For their protection, giraffes will be kept in their heated barn if the weather is 50 degrees or less. Therefore, visitors will not have the opportunity to interact with our family of Reticulated Giraffes on our Safari Wagon Tours or on the Private Pinz Tour. At the discretion of our Animal Care team, If the weather is 50 degrees or higher our family of Reticulated Giraffes will have the choice to leave their heated barn to interact with our visitors. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Although tickets are non-refundable, they can be rescheduled at our visitor's convenience.-If any party with reservations arrives after departure time, they ARE NOT guaranteed a tour that day. Global Wildlife Center will do its best to accommodate that family on the day of their original reservation but, if they are not able to, the family will have to reschedule for a tour another day.
