About the event
This field trip is pending approval from Jazz Fest. The Jazz & Heritage Festival School Day will be held on Friday, April 24, 2025. Students are expected to arrive between 8:30 and 8:45 am at the Gentilly St. Main Gate. There will be 2 chaperones waiting with a SERVE sign at the gate. The presentation will be from 9-11am. You will need to indicate whether you will pick up your child at the gate from 11:30am to noon OR if you will be meeting our group at 11:30a.m. inside the festival grounds after the School Day presentation.
The number of chaperones is determined by the number of students we have signed up, as we have to maintain a 5:1 student to chaperone ratio as required by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.
