Baton Rouge Educational Field Trip
Join us for an exciting day of learning, exploration, and discovery in Louisiana's capital city! Our group will begin the day at the Louisiana State Library Seminar Center, which will serve as our central meeting location and home base throughout the event.
Students will have the opportunity to tour the Louisiana State Capitol, gaining a firsthand look at Louisiana's government, history, architecture, and legislative process. This guided experience will help participants better understand the role of state government and the importance of civic engagement.
Following the Capitol tour, students will return to the Louisiana State Library Seminar Center for a catered lunch and a presentation from a special guest speaker. This session will provide additional educational enrichment and insight into Louisiana's history, government, and community leadership.
